National restaurant "Sveti Trifun" is located in the east part of Serbia in the heart of the famous Rajac cellars. The restaurant has unique ambience that surrounds him, including preservation and cultivation of traditions and customs of Serbian host, original folklore, ancient ethnic cuisine, famous Rajac wine, quality service and warm hospitality. In addition to promotion of Rajac cellars, restaurant is able through various forms of activities to organize many business and tourism and other events, as well as congresses, conferences, symposia and other meetings in the area of ​​public, cultural and political life. At the restaurant's menu are traditional specialties of eastern Serbia that you can try only here. National Restaurant "Sveti Trifun" is part of the cultural-historical and tourist complex. The emergence of the first cellars is attached to the eighteenth century, and today there are about 250 of which are active around 60. According to the project of the National Institute for the preservation of historical monuments of culture Belgrade, restoration of cellars is done by Miroslav Karamancic, by opening a national restaurant "Sveti Trifun". Rajac cellars are the most visitet destination in area of Negotin, beside the old city center and the complex of Mokranjac home.
